Lyn’s linocuts are taken from everyday experiences and observations of her surroundings of the North Yorkshire Moors and coastline. She strives to capture the movement in the landscapes and the creatures she encounters, thus they are often only loosely planned and organically develop as she works with the materials throughout the process of designing, cutting, and printing.
