Working from her home studio in Scarborough, Hayley is a textile artist specialising in embroidery. Using fabric and thread, she creates textile drawings and objects that tell stories. These stories are often autobiographical, exploring mental health, local history and personal memories. Hayley works by combining traditional techniques with digitally-embroidered drawings.
