StatementHester designs and creates limited edition collagraph and solar plate prints that are inspired by the natural landscape, the plants and wildlife that inhabit it and the stories, myths and symbolism associated with them. She uses multiple plates and techniques to echo the layers of meaning and metaphor in the images. Exhibiting widely throughout the UK, Hester also runs regular printmaking workshops for children and adults. Her work has been featured in Country Living and Artists and Illustrators magazines.
