DirectionsStudio is reached by foot along Back Lane, which can be muddy, from National Park car park in Malham or via Cove Road. On Cove Road, pass Beck Hall car park on right and take lane to left, signposted to Bunk Barn. High Barn Cottage is located to left of Hill Top House and with box hedge and stone shed in front garden.

StatementDavid is a painter/printmaker. Living and working in the Yorkshire Dales. His work is heavily influenced by the landscape in which he lives. He works in a thematic way producing works of particular locations. Although the starting point may be about a place they are developed to almost abstraction using a variety of media. Current works include a series of paintings and prints based on allotments and a collection of cityscape paintings based on numerous visits to Leeds.
