StatementRebecca works in willow using a traditional British basketry willow. She has also experimented with hedgerow materials, such as bramble, ivy and larch, and hopes to work more with these in the future. Rebecca makes a diverse collection of items from dragonflies and spiders to baskets and garden obelisks, as well as animal sculptures. She is inspired by the medium itself and the ancient and varied uses of willow and believes there will always be something new to learn.
